Welcome to the opportunity of country living in the city that you can enjoy by sharing are beautifully furnished 3500 square-foot multilevel sprawling home with six bedrooms and three baths two separate living rooms on different levels with the kitchenette off of the family room for informal cooking besides the kitchen on the main level we are located on 2.06 acres that backs up to Powell Butte nature preserve with access to numerous hiking trails through our own private gate, located just a couple miles to the closest shopping center 30 minutes from downtown Portland gives you the quiet and safety of the country and yet the convenience of being close to everything!
We have incredible views of Portland in the distance scene from our property. Fabulous Sunset views from all bedrooms lots of gardening space for anyone who is so inclined and plenty of parking in the spacious area in front of the house. Currently, we have three males and one female tenant of different ages, and professions. And three cats mush, Theo and Shiva and two lovable dogs, Ziggy and Sully we would consider another medium size dog. So coming up for rent as of February 1 is a 10‘ x 14 1/2‘ unfurnished light wood veneer flooring with a huge picture window frames a panoramic sunset view and six large cupboards we are looking for a month-to-month tenant while we try to figure out if we are a good fit, but we actually would like somebody to move in forever
My husband and I are the resident managing landlords and the lease and utilities are in our name and we live in the house, furnished the shared areas and take care of the major cleaning not the maid. Everyone picks up after themselves, maintaining the house and property and the rental of all of the rooms making sure our home is always neat and tidy. This is a great place to entertain, but not a party house. I have been doing this for many years primarily in Honolulu, Hawaii, and am the very best at running wonderful shared households I have had roommates live with me for many years and are still a part of my extended family.
