Master Bedroom & Private Bathroom in SE Portland

The Master room is available for rent in this shared, four-bedroom home in SE Portland. The room will be available on May 1, 2024.

We are looking for a renter who (preferably) has a full-time job, has experience living with others and who is easy going.

The house is tucked into a nicer neighborhood and located near to public transportation, only a 5-minute walk to the bus stop and 1 mile to the max station. The house location is central to get anywhere needed using public transportation. If you own a vehicle, there is free parking in the driveway or street right in front of the house.

The house is about 1,700 square feet and has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The room available is the master bedroom which is large and has its own private bathroom, sliding glass door out to a private deck, and a large closet space.

You have access to the whole house, which includes a large common area living room with a large couch and tv, dining room with a table and chairs, downstairs laundry room where you can do laundry at your convenience, a 2-car garage for storage and a full-stocked kitchen. The house is equipped with fast wi-fi, has a decent-sized backyard with a newer deck (half of which is covered), and more. The house has a washer and dryer available for your use (no extra charge).

The current tenants/roommates (3 total) currently are in their late 20s and early 30s, all have full-time jobs and all have been living there for more than a couple years. They are all very respectful of others space and possessions, they keep to themselves mostly and keep the house and environment very clean. They lean to be more introverted, never have people/strangers over, and are honestly great roommates.

Utilities charges are all split amongst all roommates, keeping the price fairly low per month for you. Utility charges are charged on top of the rent amount each month.

I'm sorry, but no furry friends or children please. Also, prefer no couples.
