Hi my name is Bri and I’m looking for someone to replace my roommate who is moving out mid October. I need to have a commitment by Sept 13 otherwise I will be the one looking for a space to go! Lease requires a 3-month commitment and then the landlord is open to doing month-to-month after that. I am hoping to stay here another year at least.

We rent a beautiful condo on a hill overlooking NW Portland. It is a fabulous setup and I would love to be able to stay.

The home:
- 1,000 sq ft, 2-story, 2-bed, 1.5 bath
- 2-car garage with storage 🚗
- Incredible views 🌇 (a couple sunrises included in pics)
- SO much natural light ☀️
- Spacious patio perfect for outdoor gardening 🌺 🪴- with furniture

Location:
- 🌲 5 min walk to entrance of Washington Park
- 👣 7 min walk to NW 23rd, which is full of shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants, and more
- 🚍 Bus 20 is a 3 min walk away and bus 15 is a 7 min walk away
- Tucked away with no through traffic
- Wonderful, fun neighbors

Room options:
1. Large bedroom (second to last pic): $1500 + about $60-90 in utilities. Has the same expansive city views as the living room and two closets that span one entire wall (second to last pic)
2. Medium bedroom (last pic): $1300. It’s smaller but still a sizable room with a large closet, and no city views but the window faces the nature behind our building which gives you total privacy.

‼️🎉No shared walls! In between the bedrooms is a full bathroom with a double sink setup and washer/dryer. Downstairs is another half bath.

💙🐕 Important to know:
I have a 10-year-old German shepherd, Jade, who is extremely well behaved and chill and mostly keeps to herself. She loves to sunbathe on our patio or suckle on her stuffies. She doesn’t get on furniture or chew anything ever. I try to keep her, her things, and our space as clean as possible. 🚫 🐱 Unfortunately this means no cats. She’s an incredibly easy dog but not when it comes to cats. 👎

The furniture that would be leaving that I would love to collab on or have someone else bring are: kitchen table and chairs, couch & comfy chair, floor lamp, side table, coffee table, tv stand, tv (also going is the gold bookshelf thing). Don’t worry, I have alllll the little things.

Me:
I work downtown and WFH 2 afternoons a week, and otherwise come home during lunch to take Jade potty when she’s not at daycare. We love everything tasty and anything outdoors. I also recently got into houseplants, mountain biking, and learning to Dj (just for a fun way to mix up my own music). I mostly prefer home to be a place of respite but also love to occasionally host (especially with this view), and welcome my roommate to do the same.

You:
I am not super particular about who lives with me as long as they are naturally considerate and willing to bring up any issues as they arise and teamwork a resolution. I’m quite clean but I’m not a tyrant.

Please message me if you want more info or have any for me! Thank you!
