Spacious attic bedroom available in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in North Portland, St. Johns area.

Rent is $700 per month, plus $150 utilities (flat rate, includes gigabyte wifi internet). Total payment each month is $850. (plus $850 fully refundable deposit)

House has open backyard, onsite free washer/dryer, dish washer and gas range, central heat and AC, hardwood floors, walking distance of restaurants and downtown St Johns, and the #4 and #16 bus lines. Two miles to University of Portland.

No pets. No smokers. No drugs in the house. Single occupancy per room, only. Ideal housemates are clean and quiet. Typical housemates are young adults that go to school or work (house currently has four males in 20s/30s). No gender preferences. Finding people that I think we get along with everyone else in the house is very important, and an interview will be required prior to considering any application. I generally interview several people and get a feeling for the right person that fits in with the others in the house and pays rent on time.

Credit check ($30 through 3rd party) and proof of income required.
