Couple seeking housemate in N Portland

Hi folks, we are a couple in our 40's/50's seeking a responsible, financially stable, long term roommate for April/May. We are quiet, clean, friendly and respectful and expect you to be the same. LBGTQ+ freindly, anti-fascist. No parties, no alcohol, no hard drugs, no drama please. Four twenty/tabacco ok outside. We have one cat and the landlord says another is OK on approval from the rental company. Our lease is month to month and you will need to submit an application to the rental company but no deposit is required. Rent is $727 (1/3) and we expect you to pay 1/3 of the monthly bills as well (approximately $100-$150 a month) Visitors ok but not a party pad.

About us: 1 female 45, works as a caregiver, planning on completing my CNA this spring. I work weekdays, get up early and pick up shifts on the weekends when I can. I also run a weekly video auction once a week (usually from 6-8pm on Saturday nights) out of the kitchen for which i will require uninterrupted quiet please. I am also an artist, crafter and musician. I am an active member in the music scene. I eat meat so if this offends you, this is not the situation for you. Personality wise I can be a bit quiet until I warm up to you. I have family in the area and they will occasionally drop by for a visit.

1 male 57, works from home as a paralegal but also dj's vinyl several nights a month and works at a record store on Saturdays. He is a night owl but very quiet. He is a drummer in two bands and therefore also active in the music scene. Very chatty personality and loves to talk politics. Vegetarian.

1 cat, 1 year old. We rescued him from an unsavory situation and he is now the light of our lives. He is super friendly, and playful. He loves people so please expect to make friends. He is neutered and has all of his shots. Indoor only.

The house: Two bedroom, 1920's cottage near shopping, Max and freeway. Standard appliances including washer and dryer. Jack and Jill style bathroom. Basement and attic with storage space. Mid sized back yard with garden plots and potter's shed. Front porch with smoking bench. Hardwood and tile floors.

The room: mid sized room (not sure on the square footage i can measure if desired) with two windows, located off the kitchen. The back door is located right next to this bedroom so you may use it as your own private entrance if you wish. Unfurnished
