Large Master Bedroom with Private Ensuite Bathroom

The Room:

182 SF (14x13) master bedroom upstairs with high ceilings and private ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs there is a shared living room, kitchen, half bath, garage, and outdoor patio. There is a shared washer/dryer laundry room upstairs.

Available April 1.

The House:

We are two females and one male in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a fourth roommate. We are a chill crew, we hang out, but also do our own thing. We have a completely across the board schedule. There is always a little bit of noise going on in the house. One of us gets home around 2 am, one of us is up at 5 am, and all the schedules vary week to week. There is constant background noise for sure.

We are a left leaning house, but don't define ourselves by our political views. We are wee friendly and enjoy hanging out over beers occasionally, but we are not a party environment. We communicate on issues and are very motivated to make sure everyone is heard and respected. We do have house meetings/ check-ins when necessary. We have a 24 hour respect on dishes and other upkeeps. We are all busy, but still prioritize keeping things clean and comfortable.
The neighborhood is a little spicy at times. We are very careful about locking doors and staying safe at night. With that considered, we feel safe and sound in our little abode.
We are looking for someone that is relaxed and chill, and content doing their own thing, and can pay rent on time.

Move In Process:

1st month's rent ($850) plus security deposit ($850) due on move-in. If you are interested, please send a message with some information about yourself, what you do for work, and why you think you would be a good fit for the house. A rental application will be required including past residential history, proof of income, and references. You must be able to pass a background check. The lease is month-to-month, but a long term housemate is preferred.

Utilities (electricity, gas heat, T-mobile home internet, water/sewer, trash) are typically around $90 - $100 a month per person, so plan on paying ~$90 a month for utilities.
