Private living space

Your space is private and large (roughly 900sf) with a separate bedroom, living space, private bathroom, private deck, plus an incredible view of the city and breathtaking sunsets from your windows every evening! Common spaces include a large kitchen on the main floor, plus laundry room. We have central AC for the hot summer months, and your space has a gas stove to keep extra cozy in the winter months. ALL utilities are included in the rent- electricity, water, gas, trash, internet and a designated parking space.

We are two introverted women in our mid 30’s and 40’s seeking a third housemate to rent the bottom floor of our beautiful 3 story Rocky Butte home starting September 1st, possibly sooner. Rent is $1150 and leasing terms are month to month with 30 days notice to move out. Move in costs are first and last month’s rent plus a $300 security deposit.

We have 3 Siamese cats in the house already so unfortunately we cannot allow anymore pets, sorry :(
