You would have the ground floor to yourself private room, attached bathroom and garage storage available. Access through the front door or private back door. You will also have access to the upper levels where the kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry are located for your use.

I'm a fairly quiet guy when I'm at home, usually making food or watching TV and spend a few nights a week out catching up with friends. I keep the house clean, especially the kitchen (Portland homes tend to attract ants and it's hard to get rid of them). I expect anyone else to clean up after themselves and just be courteous of common spaces and communicate openly.

Everything is newly renovated including vinyl wood flooring, paint job, fridge, stovetop, dishwasher and microwave. As well as a new washer and dryer. The room itself is xplus the attached bathroom.

No pets and person preferred.

Everything in the room is brand new and has been purchased within the past month to make you feel fully comfortable in Portland.
