Looking for 2 grounded, community-minded people to join a beautiful two-story home on a private flag lot in SE Portland. The backyard is the heart of this place: raised-bed garden with greenhouse, sauna, cold plunge, home gym, fruit trees, and plenty of room to host or unwind.

If you're someone thoughtful who values both community and personal space, this could be your spot.

THE HOUSE

4 bed / 3 bath, two stories, private flag lot. Hardwood floors throughout shared living areas, open-concept kitchen, and cozy living room. In-unit washer/dryer, solar panels, smart lock entry, and plenty of driveway parking. Covered front porch with a porch swing.

THE BACKYARD (where this place really shines)

Raised garden beds and a greenhouse, with garden space available to roommates. Sauna and cold plunge. Home gym in the outbuilding. Fruit trees, mature trees, a gazebo, shed, and multiple outdoor seating areas. Great space for hosting friends.

ROOMS AVAILABLE NOW

Larger Room — $900/mo + $125 utilities. Upstairs, carpeted, with a generous closet. Teal accent walls and great natural light. Adjacent to shared bathroom with skylight. Move-in total (first month + utilities): $1,025.

Smaller Room — $750/mo + $125 utilities. Upstairs, carpeted, with closet. Bright space with a window overlooking the backyard. Shares the skylit bathroom. Move-in total (first month + utilities): $875.

Third Room (coming soon) — The largest bedroom in the house, with window seat, large closet, and private bathroom. Pricing TBD. Reach out if you're interested and I'll keep you posted.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

All shared spaces: kitchen, living room, laundry, backyard, garden, sauna, cold plunge, and gym. Flat $125/month per person covers water, electric, gas, internet, and trash. Driveway parking included.

GOOD TO KNOW

I have 2 cats, so roommates should be comfortable around cats. No additional pets at this time. Available immediately.

A bit about me: I'm a software engineer at a startup, and outside of work I'm into wellness, personal growth, and plant medicine. I value both deep conversation and quiet solo time, and I try to live intentionally.

Who I'm looking for: People who are curious about the world, take their own growth seriously, and still know how to laugh about it. Whatever you do for work matters less than how you move through life. The ideal roommate enjoys a good conversation over tea as much as a night in their own room. Not a party house, but not a house of strangers either.
