3 - Bedroom house - I have my room and an open space for myself upstairs.

2 rooms on the main floor are both approx. 11x12 each with 2 windows and ceiling fans.

Shared common areas include:
Living Room, Kitchen, Bathroom, Garage (not for vehicles - storage and hobbies), and a covered carport for grillin, chillin, and projects. Off-street parking. Fenced-in yard

I have a 50 lb, Shepherd Mix, Rescue Pup, Nala. Well-behaved, well-trained, social with other dogs. A similar dog is also welcome. No cats.

A sliding scale for a reasonable rent is open to discussion for a good fit. It's not a 3-person house, and I'd rather discuss the numbers after finding the right person. Well below market rate.

Me: I work in outdoor recreation and the non-profit world. Educator, conscious contributor, and I spend a lot of time on trails and in the woods.
