This is a 3 bedroom home. With one bedroom for rent. There are a total of 2 people and you. This is shared housing. The private room, and a shared bathroom with one other person.

You bring your own bed and furniture/Or I could furnish the room. The room is Furnished at this time.
The room size is 10x12 With a closet, wood floors, and a large window and curtain.
The room is 750.00 a month. we'll require a $300.00 deposit. First 100 is nonrefundable the other 200 cleaning/security deposit on the room, if left room is left clean at the end of the lease.
1050.00 Total move in. I am only interested in renting to one person for the bedroom, so please don't ask if two people can stay. This is for a Professional person. Must have a job/ or income. No pets, No couples, No drama. No drugs. Just a quiet normal person.
