Lived here for about 2 years and its really cozy. There is a spot near the entrance at the back of the building that some tenants have taken up minor gardening in which could be fun if that interests you

- I do love to cook and when I do I often will make leftovers or extra to share

- I am not a messy person and often clean up messes I see in the apartment. Will be respectful of both of our cleaning standards and space in that regard

- I do smoke (weed) and take edibles, will not smoke inside. I do drink, but very rarely
