Quaint room in NE Portland gals house

Shared living room

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for another reliable woman to fill our house’s third room when we renew our lease in April. We in King/Irvington (inner NE PDX) in a 3 bed/2.5 bath.

- $800/mo plus utilities (usually ~$50-100/mo per person)
- Available starting 4/6 for a 1 year lease
- One cat in household. We might be open to one additional cat, but not dogs (pet rent is $25/mo plus a $250 deposit)
- You would share a bathroom with one person
- There is room for 2 cars in a shared driveway. Street parking nearby is easy
- Credit and background check will be required by our landlord (very responsive, no issues so far!) as well as a deposit ($800)

About us:
Ciara - 26, works in land surveying, enjoys fiber crafts, water sports and the occasional reality TV show.

Zoie - 26, environmental science grad student and researcher, enjoys running and ceramics.

We’re looking for a responsible, tidy, communicative individual that we can jive with. We’re both pretty low key but like to host the occasional friend dinner or movie night.
