Besides their bedroom, renters share a ground floor kitchenette, washer/dryer, family room with tv & dining area, a small craft room, and a patio with curtained gazebo. Renters are also welcome to use the main floor living & dining rooms, and have full use of the kitchen during reasonable hours. Clean-up, recycling, and composting are required. Renters who are willing to help water & weed may share the garden produce.

The rent includes all utilities, Netflix & Amazon Prime, and fiber optic cable for your WiFi. It doesn’t include personal incidentals (like laundry soap & toilet paper) or groceries, although cooking together and food sharing is fun and welcomed.

Renters are invited to join me in activities, which include hiking and mushroom hunting. My digital photo albums are full of fun activities I’ve shared with renters.
