I am moving out of the space in mid-November as I recently purchased a home and am looking for someone to fill my spot for the remainder of the lease through 7/31/26. There would be an opportunity to renew the lease starting in August 2026.

There would be one other roommate living in the house. He is a Portland Public Education teacher and I would include him in future conversations if you are interested in learning more about the space.
