SW Portland garden home share

Room for rent in shared home in SW Portland near Hayhurst, 5 minutes from Gabriel Park. Beautiful home on 0.25 acre. Prefer a fellow femme with experience in collaborative living, non-smoker, 7/10 on the cleanliness scale (not a perfectionist, but VERY limited clutter). Must pass background check as I run a small childcare program in the home Monday -Thursday (and b/c I also want a decent human). $1500/month including utilities, year lease after 30-day intro. Prefer a feminist, social justice oriented, Queer friendly, Free Palestine and no Zionists. I have a small dog. Another small, well-behaved dog considered.

A few important dynamics:
YOU: keeps reasonable hours (not a night owl), works preferably outside the home, not constantly blaring loud media from your phone; considerate about noise.
ME: neurodiverse and extroverted; my home (when I’m not caring for children) is a quiet respite.
Small gatherings (2-4 people) ok. No large parties.
Conflict is inevitable in all living situations. Seeking someone familiar with strategies like Non-Violent Communication, conscious conflict resolution, and some kind of personal growth work that makes one self-aware, empathetic, and genuinely interested in other people’s feelings and well-being. While big feelings may come up, irritation and even anger, we work through difficulties with respect. As housemates, we actively seek to understand each other's boundaries, triggers and preferences, and consciously treat each other with thoughtfulness. We will meet regularly to check in and resolve problems.
