Private bedroom, plus utilities

Greetings! I have a room in a shared condo for rent in SW PDX with easy access to I-5, Hwy 26. I am a professional male looking for another quiet, stable professional. Please no smoking or drug use.

It is a two-story, two bedroom end-unit condo with a shared (recently remodeled) bathroom. Open kitchen/living room floor plan on the ground floor; bedrooms and bathroom on floor above. No one else above or below; only one unit to the side. Walkable to some local restaurants, coffee, bars and transit. Close to New Seasons, Albertsons and Fred Meyer. There is a smaller storage area on the lower deck/patio that is available and another storage closet that is shared in-between both rooms upstairs for linens, towels, toiletries etc. The private room on the second floor will accommodate at queen or king size bed and has a good sized closet with mirrored sliding doors. Recently remodeled kitchen on the ground floor with good amount of space and new appliances. Plenty of room for any furniture you want to bring or artwork to hang on the walls. The condo property is small with less than 20 units, mostly quiet, long-term residents.

Me? I'm an outdoorsy (camping/hiking/fishing/foraging), disc golfer who works 6:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. I live a pretty simple, minimalist lifestyle and love to cook/bake. Love to hang out with my friends and my lady friend on most weekends. I like to meet new people, but live a fairly quiet lifestyle. I do have small gatherings a few times a year, mostly 4-6 people. My lady friend stays with me some weekends along with her chill, calm, well-trained Aussie Shepherd named Manda Lorian.

Smaller, easy-going, quiet pets are allowed with an additional deposit and a meet-n-greet with Manda Lorian.
