Quiet Room in 2BR Apartment – Gresham/Fairview –

Private bedroom available in a two-bedroom apartment at Star Apartments in the Gresham/Fairview area.

The apartment is approximately 900 sq. ft. with a shared living room, kitchen, and common areas. I’m moving in with very little furniture, so I’m absolutely open to someone bringing furniture and helping make the place comfortable. At the same time, I prefer a clean, uncluttered, very minimalist-style home rather than a space packed with stuff.

About me:
I’m a working professional who recently relocated to Oregon for work and to be closer to family. I’m introverted, quiet, dependable, and generally keep to myself. Home is where I like to decompress, so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset.

The best fit would be someone mature, independent, financially dependable, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a peaceful place to live. You don’t have to be an introvert, but this definitely won’t be a party house.

No drugs or tobacco. is okay if respectful and discreet. I’m also looking for a home environment that’s accepting and nonjudgmental — I’m not interested in imposing religious or personal beliefs on one another.
