2 rooms for rent

The house is a three bedroom two and a half bathroom house. The two rooms for rent are upstairs and directly next to each other. The ideal renter would either be an individual or a couple that works from home that wants both rooms that way they can have both in office and a bedroom that are separate from one another. Renters would have access to the entire house including the garage which has a almost brand new multifunction gym including a squat rack, bench press rack, functional trainer with cables, landmine attachment as well as several other attachments. Backyard is fairly decent sized and has a brand new pergola along with four rocking outdoor chairs. We just bought the house 2 years ago and got it all fixed up by are unfortunately going through a separation and I would like to remain in the house in the master bedroom.
