No Storage, everything you move in must be placed in the rented Bedroom and Bathroom. Area available for your Kitchen Equipment, Dishware and Food Storage for your use...All of my belongings are not included for your personal use when renting a Bedroom and Bathroom. There is a Washer and Dryer available. The Rent is $850 per Month and the $500 is a Move-in Fee (not a Security Deposiy) and it is Non-Refundable. The Move-in Fee and the First Month of Rent is Payable in Cash in Full before you move-in your belongings. The Electricity is a shared additional expense and is payable in Cash upon request.
