Room for rent in my home

I have a room in my home that will be up for rent August 1st located in the wonderful Foster/Powell neighborhood. Grocery stores, parks, Cinema, bars and restaurants can be found in walking distance. If you don't drive, Trimet stops are close by. The room is located in the basement where you share a bathroom and entertainment area with my other tenant. The price includes utilities ( water, electric, trash, Internet). First and last month and a 300 dollar security deposit is required upon move in. There will also be a $55 background check. I have a cat who stays upstairs with me but only looking to add one occupant ( no couples, pets, or children).

You: a responsible, clean, courteous, and respectful individual who is looking for the same in a shared household. Preferably someone social and friendly but sees their dwelling as their place of comfort and peace. While we are social this is not a party or after hours home and we tend to do most of our socializing outside of the home. Looking for someone who is comfortable and experienced in shared living situations and able to communicate easily of needs and concerns.
