Room: Master bedroom ~184 sq ft, north-facing, overlooks backyard, 30 sq ft walk-in closet, furnished, queen bed, single occupancy.

House: historic home with original character, large deck, and backyard. Shared kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, cookware/utensils provided), chest freezer, in-home washer/dryer, upstairs bath with clawfoot tub + separate WC, plus downstairs half-bath. No A/C; window units not possible.

Household: I (older female) own and live here, work full-time (partly from home), and value a peaceful, tidy, friendly home that respects everyone's privacy. The home is shared by a maximum of three adults, each with a private bedroom. I'm looking for someone who is responsible, has reliable income, communicates well, and cleans up after themselves. Everyone shares responsibility for keeping the common areas reasonably clean and tidy.

Neighborhood: Adjacent to the historic Irvington district, the neighborhood offers excellent walkability and bike access. Grocery and shopping are within walking distance..
