Monthly costs:
- Rent: $1,750/mo
- Pet rent: $45/mo per pet
- Utilities: Separate

Note:
Due to the lease structure, I'll remain on the lease in name only for up to 6 months — but the apartment is yours. I'll be living abroad and entirely out of the picture.
