My name is Cynthia and I live in NE Portland, Cully neighborhood. I work nights and sleep during the day. If I'm not in my room, I'm in the living room catching up on my shows, watching movies, crocheting, or just doing random crafts. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, and the backyard is a flower farm managed by the landlord. With that said, the living arrangement of the house I'm renting at has changed, so I am looking for two new housemate to join me here at the house.

The housemates I'm seeking are those who are clean and tidy when it comes to sharing common spaces like the kitchen, bathroom, living room, as well as maintaining their own personal space in order. Having stable finances to be able to pay rent. Being courteous of the amount of noise being made during the day and night. That's not to say that you should be totally quiet at all times, but to just be aware of not slamming doors, cupboards, and drawers. Sadly, no pets allowed at the house.

It's a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. One room that's available is on the main floor. It is adjacent to mine and we would share a bathroom. The other room that's available is a basement bedroom and studio space with a storage closet and it's own bathroom and shower. It would be a great place for someone looking for an area for your crafts, work, or whatever. The common spaces in the house are the kitchen, the living room, the lobby between the basement and the main floor, and the laundry room (in the basement).

We'll split the utilities evenly (water, electrical, and Internet). The basement bedroom area rent is $950, and the room upstairs is $650.

We would sign a 1-year lease together with a security deposit of $1,125 (that we'll split evenly). I'm wanting to find reliable housemates that can pass the landlords background check and can comfortably cover their portion of responsibilities.
