15x17 room w door to home & outdoors on 1/2 acre

Spacious private 15x17 room with many windows and a door to the outdoors with a small deck. Freshly painted and recently refinished hard wood floor. Your room is furnished with a twin bed, large chest of drawers etc. Self controlled heat, AC and tiny fridge in room : ) The view from the window is a large garden and we are on 1/2 acre with a firepit in back. There is parking on the edge of the property and we are 3 doors down from the Powell bus stop. Powell Butte Nature Park is across Powell and there is a minimart convenience store across the street.

No smoking on property, background and credit checks required, deposit and first and last month's rent (which may be able to be broken into payments if necessary). Utilities included : )

We are kind, respectful, tidy in public spaces and looking for a good match for the home. There is a balance of introverts and extroverts here so interaction is offered but privacy is respected. No sleep overs in rooms but the occasional guest is welcome to the fold out couch.

The house is 2400 square feet and has three levels (half flight up and down). The bedrooms are on three different levels so there is a lot of privacy as well as multiple hang out spots.
