Rent includes a full bathroom, half of a two-car garage with storage space, and all utilities: Internet/Cable, water/sewage/recycling, Netflix, heater/central air conditioner, gas/electricity and laundry area on the second floor.

The location offers easy access to the Portland waterfront, MAX light rail and public transportation, I-5 and I-84 freeways, restaurants, bars/food carts, and walking/running/bike paths. In addition it is close to OHSU, Reed College, PSU, Lewis and Clark College, and the PCC campus. This is a great area for professionals, students, researchers, and international students.

No pets, no smoking. The owner works from home and is the only person living in the house. First month's and last month's rent, plus a deposit required.
