Private room in cute house in nice neighborhood

10ft x 12ft room for rent in a furnished 3br/2ba ranch-style house in the Brooklyn neighborhood. The room is lightly furnished, but can also be emptied if you prefer to furnish it yourself. I'm gone most of the time, so you'll have a lot of privacy, although I'd like to find someone to fill the other room later this year.

It's a wonderful space with great neighbors and lots of dogs that walk by. I'm hoping to find someone that will love it, care for it, and enjoy it as much as I do.
