Room for Rent SE PDX

One of our housemates is moving on, so a room's coming open in our place near
the Woodstock/Brentwood line in SE Portland. Built in 2007, a little over 1,600
sq ft, about 10 minutes from downtown one way and Clackamas the other.

The room is upstairs — roughly 105 sq ft, carpeted, unfurnished, with a
sliding-door closet and good afternoon light. The upstairs bathroom is shared;
there's a half bath downstairs too.

The three of us here all work normal daytime hours, so weeknights are pretty
mellow — clean, low-key, no drama. Off the clock people are into gaming,
reading, shows, and getting outside when it's nice. If a quiet evening at home
sounds right to you, you'll fit in.

Rent is $725/month. $500 deposit (refundable), paid with first month after
signing — $1,225 to move in. Utilities split evenly, usually $150–175/month per
person, including internet and a regular cleaning service. One-year lease. No
smoking or substances. Standard screening.

You'd also have a full kitchen, in-house laundry, a 120" projector in the living
room, a covered back patio, and a garage set up as a gym.
