Hello! We have one room available now in a three bedroom house with a large yard. Lots of space for gardening and relaxing. The house is in a quiet stretch a few blocks from SE Woodstock, within walking distance of Brentwood Park.

The room is 120 sf, not including a large closet. The rest of the house is furnished. Non-smoking, single occupancy and unfortunately we can’t have pets.

There is a washer/dryer on-site and parking on the street out front. The yard is fairly big with lots of grapes, raspberries, blueberries, established gardens and room for more. Things are generally pretty quiet around the house.

Close to bus lines (19) and the 205.

The current tenants are two guys in their 30’s and 40's, independent but social. Indoorsy outdoor types. Both have lived in this same house for several years.

Rent is $600/month for the room plus an equal share of utilities (split in three, about $100/mo each tenant). Lease term is 6 months with first, last and $600 deposit required.
