Our beautiful home is on ne Fremont and 43rd in the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood. Our street is very quiet and peaceful, and the location is great because we're very close to a lot of main streets such as Alberta, Killingsworth, Sandy, etc.. Even without a car, there's multiple bus lines around.

There's also a bunch of grocery stores nearby such as Safeway, Whole foods, Trader Joe’s, Fred Meyer, etc... And we also have a small neighborhood market open until 11.

On the main floor we have an entry hall, a spacious living room, dining room, and a large kitchen for all the cooks out there!
We also have a huge basement space. There's plenty of room for storage, work spaces, or hobbies.
There's also a large separate room in the basement that has a/c and is great for tea parties and lounging around.

Lastly, we have a front and back yard! We aren't the most enthusiastic gardeners, we just maintain it and try to make it look as nice as possible. Lots of veggies have been grown over the years. Green thumbs welcome!

The room is on the 2nd floor of the house. It's spacious enough for a queen/king size bed and multiple items of furniture, and has a closet and some drawers built into the walls. The last pictures show the room itself.

Lease is month to month, there is a $775 deposit, and monthly utilities are around $100-$150 a month.

About us:

Chris 30, moved here from California 2 years ago. He loves reading a good book, doing his own thing, and is also getting into cooking which Jon loves. He's also an avid musician and loves playing the piano or guitar form time to time.

Jon 33, originally comes from Belgium and moved into this house 9 years ago. He worked as a chef and is always very passionate about food, especially letting people try new things. Currently, he works in sales for various companies.

Blake 29, has moved around quite a bit. He's from the US but has also lived in Mexico and traveled around South America and Asia. He works as a wildland firefighter during the summers and used to work as a cook at Screen Door!

We're pretty down-to-earth people and just want to live in a happy household. We love hanging out together, making dinner, etc.. but also respect each others private time. If a problem comes up in the house, we sit down together and figure out what needs to be done so we can all live together peacefully.
