Looking for Sober Roommate for 2nd Bedroom

Room for rent

I'm looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my shared home in the Alberta Arts District. I am a mid-forties, queer/gay guy working as a professional in the mental health field, and I’m looking for a respectful, conscious, and cleanly roommate to share my house with me. I am sober, so no alcohol or drugs or cannabis is allowed on the property.

- Private, fully furnished room with a queen bed, closet, shelves/cubbies, nightstand, and two windows to the backyard

- $850 per month with at least a three month commitment

- All utilities included (WiFi; Electric; Water; Waste Disposal)

- On-street parking (never an issue to park)

- One shared bathroom

-Pet friendly (Let’s discuss if you have a pet. I currently do not have one myself, but sometimes have a dog over for visits.)

- TV in living room with Netflix and open to sharing other subscriptions

- 3 blocks north of shops and restaurants on Alberta Street. Four blocks from Walgreens and New Seasons. One block from local restaurants and coffee shops on NE 30th Ave.

- Access to a shared office space with a desk

- In home laundry facilities (high efficiency washer and dryer)

- Dishwasher in kitchen

-Backyard and front yard

- Close to #72 Bus Line

- Secure storage for bikes
