Hi! I'm renting out a private room in my home on the edge of Salem, near Cordon Road and close to Salem Hospital and the local colleges. It's $800/month, month-to-month.
The room is brand new and comes furnished with a twin bed, desk, dresser, and closet, but if you'd rather bring your own furniture, that works too. You'd share a bathroom with one other person, plus the kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. There's street parking, some garage storage, and a backyard with a Traeger you're welcome to use.
It's me, one other roommate, and our two friendly cats. Great fit for a student, travel nurse, or working professional. I'd love to meet in person before you move in, so feel free to reach out!
