Room for Rent Northeast Eugene

Seeking one single female roommate to share a quiet, clean, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, 2-story apartment unit in a highly desirable neighborhood in Northeast Eugene (near Costco). Private room on upper floor comes with a designated sink space in the half bathroom. Shared common areas with myself and my 11-year-old daughter (shower is shared and half bath is on the lower level, both toilets shared). Rent includes all utilities except electricity, which would be split to 1/3 (it’s usually no more than $150 total).

My daughter and I are silly and like to have fun, but not too crazy. We keep pretty regular sleep hours for her school schedule. I am currently working from home and have an injury/disability that limits me from working full-time outside the home. Some days we are very active, and other days we rest and lay around. I love to cook and would be happy to share from time to time. My daughter likes to build forts around the house periodically and would like our roommate to enjoy building forts too, if possible, not required though.

Finding someone who is a good fit to live with my daughter and me is the top priority. We are hoping to find someone whom we can be at least a semi-friends with and maybe hang out together sometimes; we just don’t want to live with a complete stranger. Must be okay with fun and silliness.

Looking for someone in their 30s or mid-late 20s who is clean and responsible with preference for a credit score of 700+, verifiable income, and solid references. No smoking, no alcohol, no cannabis, no dogs. 1-2 cats permitted with litter box cleanliness requirements. Strict no-male-overnight-guests policy to maintain a safe environment for the household.
