Hi, I'm Debbie, a lady educator specializing in hosting Univ oregon grad students on internships, young professionals starting out, or those relocators between ages 20 to 39, who prefer anywhere from the quarter system schedule or the full academic (10 month) year schedule. I reside in my own 2/2 condo style modern clean quiet apt home, just 6 min by car/Uber off campus, or an easy bike ride to +from. Directly on bus line too. UO is an urban campus downtown, and due to the current economic trends campus placements are often in the midst of increased noise, pop up homeless tents, etc. My offer is in an upscale residential neighborhood off campus where you, your car + valuables are secure. That's why my price point is a tad higher, especially if you prefer quiet + security. NO credit card worries, NO long lease requirements. Choose between a quarter system stay or the full 11 month academic year (Aug thru June, as some students start in Aug with side gig jobs, etc). YOU must be ONE QUIET NONSMOKER (no weed, drugs or outside cigs, but lite vapes outdoors are OK). NO pets, couples, visitors. Enjoy your active social life outside my private residence, so you return to a peaceful secure living environment for rest or serious studies. Someone who lives more simplified, prefers QUIET, and keeps the suite reasonably tidy. The master suite I offer is on one whole side of my 2/2 condo in a security surveillance complex, close to natural foods grocery, shopping mall, restaurants, gyms, Starbucks, tons of hiking biking trails with Willamette River right across the street! The bedroom bathroom master sized suite is located at inside front entrance so you may come + go easily 24/7. Includes utilities, wifi access, and free parking. Your own suite AC unit + heater dial controls for preferred temps. Suite has your own mini kitchenette so you can cook + eat in your own suite (no main kitchen access) with refrig, microwave, coffeemaker, pantry shelves, eating table+ chair, your attached private bathroom has sink countertop space to rinse off daily dishes, utensils, etc. Washer dryer is right inside my 2/2 unit for added convenience. Covered bike racks on main floor. I reside on opposite side of my 2/2 space if you need anything. If coming from out of town we can conduct a ZOOM meeting. The price of $1150 in fall 2026 and into 2027 is actually quite low commensurate with COST OF LIVING and the fact that my neighborhood is upscale, quiet and safe. SEE PHOTOS.
