I reside in my own 2/2 condo style modern clean quiet apt home, just off campus offering a quiet large private furnished master bedroom bathroom SUITE with its own kitchenette in it, located at the front entrance as you enter inside my home, so you may come + go easily 24/7. $985/mo rent includes all utilities, wifi, many amenities, full sized washer dryer right in my own unit, and free parking. Just 6 min by car/Uber off campus, or an easy bike ride to +from. Directly on bus line too. My $ 985 all inclusive price point is primarily due to my exclusive quiet safe upscale residential neighborhood where you, your car + valuables are secure. That's why my price point is slightly higher, especially if you prefer quiet + security. NO credit score worries, NO long lease requirements. Rules: YOU must be ONE QUIET NONSMOKER (no drugs of ANY kind allowed). NO pets, couples, or visitors. Enjoy your active social life outside my private residence, so you return to a peaceful secure living environment for rest or serious studies. This is not a "party house". Many UO grads live in my complex and bike to campus + back. I seek someone who lives more simplified, prefers QUIET, and keeps the suite reasonably tidy. The master suite I offer is on one whole side of my 2/2 condo in a security surveillance complex, close to natural foods grocery, shopping mall, restaurants, gyms, Starbucks, tons of hiking biking trails with Willamette River right across the street! Your own master bedroom bathroom furnished suite has both AC unit + heater dial controls for preferred temps. Suite has your own mini kitchenette so you can cook + eat in your own suite (no main kitchen access) with your own refrig, microwave, coffeemaker, pantry shelves, eating table+ chair, and your attached private bathroom has sink countertop space to rinse off daily dishes, utensils, etc. Covered bike racks on main floor.
