Unique home for rent to unique people!

Hi. This is for just the right person(s). The house is just a few homes off Siskiyou. Until recent inheritance, it belonged to an ancient impressionist artist, before that, another type of artist.

The living room is large and the kitchen is fabulous. (Kitchen and dining room were previously the artist’s studio.) Dining room and open family area are off of the kitchen. The bedrooms are not large. The laundry room also has a shower, with a half bathroom adjacent.

The whole house is 2160 square feet. AND...please note...one of the three bedrooms is an office with a private entrance, housing a bodywork practice of the owner. (She does not LIVE there--Spareroom just didn't have this category.) It is preferred to keep this as is. All besides the office is available.

Carpeting was recently installed. The heat pump and bathroom fixtures are also rather new. The gas stove is 10 years old.

The back yard is fully enclosed, though could use a green thumb. There is a raised bed of railroad ties, long unused, for a garden. Approved pets are welcome.

The house has been occupied by a family of four, for the last half year. Any photos here are a bit out of date. New ones will follow when the house is unoccupied.

The rent has been 1800/mo, with electricity, internet, and trash paid, for this time. It could be lowered, according to new tenant(s) situation. Allocation/division of these things are negotiable..
