Rural Room, Close to Town Amenities, GREAT views

We are looking for just the right person, someone happy and at ease with multiple species.

A large room with great views and a private entrance is coming available. The bathroom is shared with one other. The kitchen and living room are communal, as is a large indoor area for meditation, exercise, and more. Rent is $675/mo, which includes utilities and internet. The security deposit is also $675. We ask a minimum 6mo lease.

Some work/trade is possible, especially for those with handy/farm/cleaning skills . Provided furnishings are optional.

There are usually 5 housemates, varying in age and activities. One person per space. We are mostly left-leaning, into exercise, animals, dance, yoga, the environment. Some rescue animals, some are tantra-trained. We are LGBTQ+ friendly. No one proselytizes.

The house kitchen is vegetarian, though other may be consumed in your own room. A small refrigerator comes with each room. No smoking anything, or activity involving flames is allowed on the property. No one abuses substances, and no alcohol is seen in common areas.

Animals are welcome if peaceful with ours. This means they can be completely trusted with ours, even with no humans nearby. (All current dogs and cats here are fixed.)

Garden space is available in season. We have mature and young fruit trees, plentiful berries in summer. Goats' milk, eggs, and healthy cookies on the counter, are often perks of living here. We love to share culinary creations.
