Room or a garage for rent

**Need this filled soon im behind on bills due to life happening. Should be good to go come ready date**
Small room but with walk in closet. Room in pic is not the room, but its almost identical. Except the closet in the room im renting is bigger. Also added is quarter months electric and garbage bill. Comes with twin bed and TV. Possibly night stand.
Need first months rent upon move in, security can be paid on renters next payday.
Shared bathroom with my kids, girls, 8, 8, 14. They should be home by end of month.
Shared living room and kitchen and laundry room, although there is 2 living rooms. can change things around more if need be.
Background check and proof of employment required. Just send paystubs in person or email, and first and last name. Just a basic check, having a criminal record will not disqualify you from renting, just depends on how severe. If you know your a sex offender or violent person with assault charges, dont waste my time please.
Might possibly rent out the master, but it would be increase in monthly rent and security. But walk in closet and private bathroom, gable doors onto a private deck under, as well as a king size bed...we'll talk about it In person.
Garage has queen bed and stand and TV. First months rent plus half electric bil during the winter, and a third of the bill in summer and a third of garbage bill. It gets cold in winter. I have one ok heater but still gets cold. Heated blanket recommend. Can use portion of the garage to store belongings if you need to.
Also extra fridge in garage if needed.
House could use some tlc, its not terrible and messy but it is neglected been going through a divorce so its been only me trying to catch up and do it all. Its been rough to say the least.
Have 2 dogs, they get along ok with others, except the male can be picky. Male and female, named Elle and Oso, Also 2 male cats that are cool. Kit-cat and Bolt. Pets ok just not more then one of each. Deposit will increase 60 dollars for addition of pets.
Any gender is fine long as your not an angry alcoholic, or have a crazy ex stalking you to my house, im generally laid back and talkative and ok to get along with i believe.
Though I do like a drink every now and then, plus im 420 friendly but keep it mostly in my room or outside. And I vape.
I also enjoy movies, outdoor stuff, exercise and weight lifting, video games and board games. I nerd out on a lot of things lol. Like marvel. Would love some board game nights again for sure!
