5 bedroom, pretty big house. Walking distance for the Old Mill and the amphitheater. Quick and easy access to the Highway. Walmart and Safeway are about a 3-5min drive away. Under a new lease prices may change but open to meet up for discussion. Couples will have to pay an additional fee. Utilities will be divided evenly amongst all us. internet, waste, water, electricity or propane, etc. the lease only allows for one animal unfortunately and I have that one animal. Looking for roommates who are respectful of each other and keep noise to a minimum after 9-10pm. I work construction so I’m up early :)
