Hi !

I am a 39 yo mama, business owner, non-smoker. My 8 yo son lives with me 50%. We are looking for a suitable room mate. Non-smoker, no drugs, well adjusted and employed or in school. The house is on a park (no street in front of the house). Parking and garage in a cute alley behind the house. Walk 2 blocks through the parks out to the beautiful canal trail. Close to 27th and Reed Market.

The room is small and unfurnished. There are two bathrooms upstairs. You can share with me or kiddo. Your room is in the middle of the upstairs between the two full bathrooms.

Shared spaces will be furnished. Your share of the utilities will be 1/3. You will need to sign a lease with the property manager.
