I'm looking for someone who might be a good fit to share a 2 bedroom , one bathroom farmhouse on an acre lot. The available room can be furnished or unfurnished. I will post more pics after I get everything off of the walls and windows. It may be on the smaller side but it has 2 large windows gets plenty of sunshine. Plants do well in there!

*A well behaved, trained, sweet dog who won’t bother the cat will be considered
*Space to store some things if you need
*Backyard is fenced with deer fencing and could be modified to make it more secure
The living room is mostly furnished. Half of the cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom is empty and ready for use.
A woman between 45-60, or so, who is respectful of shared spaces, considerate, responsible, honest and tidy would be nice. Someone who is good natured, easy to get along with a sense of humor would be welcomed! I am laid back and easy going. I work as a painter and spend a lot of my free time at home.
