Room for rent Minutes from down town

I have a room for rent in cute and cozy two bedroom one bathroom duplex. On a month to month lease with a private owner. Located minutes from the old mill and downtown. The home will be shared with me (25 years old female) and my cat Buster. No more pets, he only likes humans.

I am a restaurant manager with a 7:30/3:30 Monday thru Friday schedule. I spend most afternoons going to the gym, cooking dinner and relaxing. I am a home body and spend a lot of time at home, however I love to get outside and enjoy all the bend things. As well as a casual outing for some cocktails on the weekends. I keep a very clean home. I always clean the house on Sundays and keep tidy during the week.

This is a grounding and peaceful home intended for the tenants who reside and maybe the occasional guest. Definitely not a party house. No more pets and no more furniture or decor (besides in the bedroom of course)

The room is medium sized with a large window and great lighting. A pretty standard closet in the room plus a small closet in the hall just outside the bedroom door. Great washer and dryer as well as a dish washer. Large front and back yard. There is tons of storage space in the kitchen, bathroom, coat closet, laundry closet and half of the one car garage. All storage areas will be shared. There is only one bathroom so a schedule will have to be worked out so the bathroom is open when either of us need it. There is one parking spot in the driveway and always street parking available. Deposit is $900. The only utility bills are power and WiFi. Power tends to run a little high in the winter. Typically $120-$150 each. And the WiFi runs $35 each.
