House Located on an acre in Deschutes River Woods. The space is a single south facing bedroom with closet space, plus an area for a workspace (build in desk) outside the bedroom. The bathroom is shared with one other person, though there is a second half bath downstairs that is also available. The main living room, kitchen, and dining room are shared with two other people, who live on the other side of the house in the master bedroom. Total number of people already living in the home is three, plus two indoor cats.
The house is well kept, we like to keep things clean and fairly organized. Two of the occupants work on music in the built in home studio, though we make sure to keep the music down or off during late hours, there are times when we do have it loud and will always turn it down if asked.
The utilities are split amongst everyone equally as well. Usually ranging from $90-150 depending on the time of year.
