Medium Sized Bedrooms for Rent

Hi, I am Ashlee, I am currently looking for two people or partners to rent my spare bedrooms. The rent is $1500 altogether, split three ways is $500 and I added an extra $100 to the rent so I can pay for /buy the utilities, internet, and household supplies.

I have a toddler that is very well behaved, and she will be with me 50% of the time. I am a very clean person, and I expect whoever rents from me to clean up after themselves however, I will be the person to do the majority of the cleaning in the main areas.

the apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. I have my personal bathroom and the other bathroom will be shared between the occupants of the two bedroom rentals. I have some furnishings in the rooms, however I will remove upon request.

if you want to have your pet here, I will need to approve, and the pet deposit will need to be paid.

Rent will be due on the 1st of the month, you will be added to the lease if you plan on staying long term.

short term stays will have contracts to sign
