Spare room bedroom 9’X11’ with Walk in closet

Prefer to have roommate in same age group. Must be between 62 -64 years old. I have been a resident in this community of West Linn, within walking distance of the eventful Historic town of Willamette. It’s a quiet caring community. The apartment complex has been under new ownership for the past few years. The complex has since construction and remodeling in each individual unit for the past few years. It now is 99% completed. I have been here for over 15 years. I recently moved into a newly renovated and undated apartment next door. I have been hesitant. About a new roommate. As my last was inconsiderate. Life times are changing. Maybe time to reconsider and help out a fellow retiree. Maybe save a few for my retirement.
Who knows. I don’t use cable Tv. I have internet services and stream my viewing via internet. If this is something important to you. The room is wired with cable hook up. Activation would be at your own cost.
The washer and dryer is in the unit. My big roommate draw back is. It’s in my bedroom closet. My privacy is important in my personal space.

Laundry time would have to be coordinated with me. My bedroom door would have locked door knob. Spare room could have one on request. I work day shift. I’m an open minded individual.
