We have a 3 bedroom house with a nice front room with window view to street currently available. An option for a second room may be available soon. Close access to major grocery stores. Located in the private, peaceful, family, Cascadia Village neighborhood with plenty of parking. Garage storage space and driveway avbl. Full gated backyard available.
Wi-fi, garbage/recycling, Netflix(no ads), Paramount+( no ads) included in rent. Gas, electricity, water is shared cost. No landline phone or regular cable currently installed. Furnished shared space house with cats and 1 kenneled dog. You furnish your own room. I handle all general cleaning, besides your room. Happy to do your laundry and dishes! No smoking, but we are friendly outdoors only. Cats are possible, but you must contact us first. No more dogs, please.
