We’ve got a room opening up in our house in Sandy (about a 3-minute walk to downtown).

We are a group of Christian guys in our 20s who love Jesus, work hard, and enjoy healthy community. We do game nights, worship nights, and fire pit hangs occasionally. Everyone has their own schedule and space as well. We’ve really valued having grounded, responsible guys here and want to keep that going.

We are about 35 minutes from the Government Camp (Govy) for skiing, mt. biking, hiking ext., and are about a 45-minute drive from Portland depending on traffic.

-$800–$1000 depending on room
-6-month lease
-1 master bedroom, 3 other rooms
-Shared kitchen and living spaces
-Large multi-purpose room
-WiFi included
-Utilities split evenly between roommates
-No pets
-No smoking/drugs
-Drinking ok in moderation
-Garage/wood shop
-Backyard patio + fire pit

As some of us transition into new seasons (marriage 🎉), there will be:

-One room that is available in March
-Master bedroom available mid-summer.

The goal is to have this as a long-term, solid home that’s both affordable and stable for guys in this season of life.
