Friendly & Quiet Molalla Ave Townhome

Located just off Molalla Ave at the top of the hill in OC, the condo complex is very quiet and safe with low-traffic street and off-street parking available. We have a kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, and storage space, a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and electric induction stovetop. We also have a washer and dryer. There are parks and plenty of food and grocery options nearby, but I don't have any sort of yard. The room is small, unfurnished, gets plenty of natural light, and has a dedicated closet, and an ethernet port. The bathroom is shared with 1 other person, currently.

My good friend currently rents out the other room. We both are quiet, friendly, clean, and tend to keep to ourselves most of the time. I'm looking for someone who's also quiet, clean, and respectful to share the space with. My friend and I are both men in our late 20s, but we're open to living with anyone.

I have a standard tenant agreement that you would have to review and sign.
No dogs/cats. Fish, rodents, or reptiles would be fine.
No smoking tobacco. You may smoke weed outside on the front or back porch.
No utilities or deposit. I want to keep it simple.
