Room for rent in old farmhouse in the country

We have one upstairs bedroom for rent in a shared house with a couple in their late thirties and one chihuahua. We are out in the country on a 100 acre Christmas tree farm in an old 1940s farmhouse. 25 mins from SE Pdx. Room is 13.2 ft x 10.3 ft.

The upstairs is very private, it has your own bathroom and shower. A door closes to the upstairs. We are very rarely up there in the other guest room. It has a walk in closet. The hallway is big enough for a sitting area as well. West facing windows.

Some storage space in the basement. Kitchen is shared with plenty of cabinet space and your own full sized fridge. Shared dining room.

We keep very normal hours, we are students and work regularly.

Would need to pay for a background check and provide references for previous landlords. Month to month lease. No pets. Couples considered, but at an adjusted rent of $1350.
