I am 58, no other roommates, except for my fur babies. I am a professional graphic designer - I DO work from home….. I enjoy podcasts/documentaries, creating and walking my pups. I practice yoga & meditation daily…..I’m clean but not obsessive…..Quiet times between 10pm-8am. (I am not anti-social just appreciate my solitude. I work & manage multiple endeavors from home, so I need space & time for that). I am kind, quiet, respectful, considerate, good communicator & looking for the same in a roomie.

ABOUT YOU: Someone who works outside the home yet loves a sanctuary to come back to….. Preferably someone OVER 40, that enjoys animals, is emotionally mature, no drama, has healthy, mindful lifestyle, not afraid to assist in the household chores, clean up after themselves. NO ALCOHOLICS, DRUG ADDICTS….A roomie that is okay to keep to themselves, yet ok to hang out too, someone with good credit, work history, positive attitude with recession-proof job.
