Bedroom with balcony available in townhome

We are looking for a third roommate in our townhome at Shadows Apartments in Milwaukie. (2311 Courtney Ave)
There are 2 bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and one in the first floor. The bathroom with the balcony is available. The first floor is another bedroom, kind of like a studio occupied by me.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, quiet and clean, someone who keeps it to himself/herself. We are both professionals working partially at home. I am 36 structural engineer and he is 33 banker.

-$750/month. 1-year lease.
-1 parking spot is included.
-15 min walk to the nearest max station, 10 min walk to the bus station.
-15 min driving time to Portland downtown.
- Internet is included.
- All utilities are between $70-90 dollars per person depending on the time of year.
No couples, no pets.
